This site is operated by Noor ul Firdaws, based in Norway. By using noorulfirdaws.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Guidance, not a ruling

Noor ul Firdaws publishes educational material on faith, family, learning and personal finance. It is not a fatwa service, and nothing here is a religious ruling.

• Articles and tools are for general benefit, not a substitute for a qualified scholar who knows your circumstances
• For matters requiring a ruling — marriage, divorce, inheritance, oaths, complex financial questions — consult a scholar directly
• Financial content is educational and is not regulated financial advice
• Nothing here is medical, legal or professional advice

Scholars differ in good faith on many questions. Where we present a position we try to say so; you remain responsible for your own decisions and for verifying what you act on.

The wider ecosystem

Some platforms we link to — including Qur'an AI — are separate services with their own terms, accounts and privacy policies. Using them means agreeing to those terms, not only these.

Purchases

Nothing is sold on this site directly. Product links open an external storefront which handles payment, delivery and refunds. That platform's terms govern your purchase, including its refund policy. Any dispute about an order is between you and that platform.

Donations

Where donation links are offered, the payment is processed entirely by an external platform under its own terms. We will name the intended recipient of each appeal. Donations are generally non-refundable once transferred; if you believe a donation was made in error, contact us and we will do what we reasonably can.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• Submit automated, bulk or spam content through any form
• Post anything unlawful, abusive, or disrespectful of the Qur'an, the Prophet ﷺ, or others
• Copy substantial parts of the site for commercial republication without permission
• Misrepresent yourself as connected to Noor ul Firdaws

We may remove content or restrict access where these terms are breached.

Our content

Text, design, illustrations and code on this site belong to Noor ul Firdaws unless stated otherwise. You may read, share and quote with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions as your own or sell them.

Qur'anic text and hadith are not our property. We attribute sources where we quote them, and welcome correction if we get an attribution wrong.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up but cannot guarantee it. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and features may change or be withdrawn.

Links to other sites

We link to external resources we believe are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, from reliance on its content, or from it being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date below, and continuing to use the site means you accept them.
